Currently, We only ship to selected countries:
United States(US), Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom(UK), Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Sweden.
We are trying our best to include more countries in the future.
Our products are shipped using USPS/UPS/FedEx/Royal Mail/DHL depending on product category and country location.
All products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for printing and packing after an order is placed, plus shipping time.
Standard International can take up to 21 business days*
Expedited International can take up to 10 business days*
*Please note that for international orders, not all tracking events may be represented in real time and this sometimes makes a shipment appear to be “stuck” at a certain place/event. When shipping internationally, you should factor in delays due to customs and hand-offs to local carriers.
Since all products are made to order and will be printed by different vendors for different item category (e.g., apparel and mugs will be printed by two separate vendor), it is possible that your items will arrive at different times.
If your item was damaged, lost/stolen in transit, or incorrect, simply reply to your confirmation email and we will assist you. For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo of the item for reference. All claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the product has been received.
There are no exchanges for apparel items, please reference the size charts and read descriptions carefully.
*Please note that if the order is submitted with an incorrect or an incomplete address, and it gets lost in transit, we unfortunately can’t issue a replacement at no cost.
